I have lived in Cleveland TN for 44 years now and have watched
this town grow by leaps and bounds. It is exciting to me to be part of a
community that has stayed in touch with the current trends throughout the years
and to watch how our community focuses on the welfare of its citizens.
Continuous expansion of our Greenway, shopping, restaurants and most
importantly Industry makes Cleveland a great place to live.
that being said, I’d like to give you a quick synopsis of my background so you
will know that my knowledge of the area and of the mortgage business can help
you to maximize the opportunities that are awaiting you. I have worked in the
financial and mortgage field for Great Western Bank, Citibank and Regions Bank
for the better part of 20 years. I also operated my own mortgage company before
joining iServe Residential Lending in 2008. I have been a part of the mortgage
business for quite some time and have witnessed many changes in the industry.
The completion of the National and State Licensing requirements, being licensed
in Tennessee, Georgia and Florida, along with my many years in the mortgage
business allow me the ability to work with my clients to better their financial
a personal note, I have been married for 25 years and have two boys ages 19 and
15. My boys have both spent their entire educational lives in the Bradley
County School system and are involved in many activities associated with their
respective schools. While my youngest is still in his High School years, my
oldest is now enrolled locally at Cleveland State Community College. I enjoy
playing golf, working in my yard and participating in coaching different sports
throughout the year.
